Autex Acoustic Panels
SDG Construction Technology successfully completed the installation of Autex Acoustic Panels at one of Belfast’s most well known Landmarks. The £29.5M extension to the Waterfront Hall and the new extension will more than double the event space to 7,000m2.
SDG proposed the Autex Acoustic Panels, as they are an ideal alternative to fabric wrapped frames; they are lightweight, semi-rigid, impact resistant and incredibly durable.
They are manufactured using a minimum of 45% already recycled polyester fibre; made from post-consumer waste. They are available in 25, 50, 75 or 100mm options, offering complete design flexibility with custom colour printing and cutting.
SDG Construction Technology were privileged to have been involved in such a project and were delighted to be able to provide the main contractor, McLaughlin & Harvey with a technical acoustic solution for this prestigious extension to one of Northern Ireland’s most iconic Buildings.
